Carvolth (north) is a neighbourhood of Langley, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 3,697 living in private households. 28.4% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was Korean at 9.8%. 69.4% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 2.3% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 24.9% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $94,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 20.6% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 2.28 km², giving a population density of 1,619 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
