Sullivan (south-southeast) is a neighbourhood of Surrey, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,420 living in private households. 67.7% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 33.8%. 29.6% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 2.7% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 41.1% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $116,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 19.1% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.68 km², giving a population density of 6,528 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
