Annieville (south) is a neighbourhood of Delta, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 5,473 living in private households. 63.5% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 45.3%. 34.6% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 1.9% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 42.9% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $104,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 25.5% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.32 km², giving a population density of 4,150 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
