Arbutus Ridge (southeast) is a neighbourhood of Vancouver, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 3,589 living in private households. 63.2% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 45.6%. 36.2% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.6% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 50.2% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $91,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 34.3% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.03 km², giving a population density of 3,480 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
