Arbutus Ridge (northwest) is a neighbourhood of Vancouver, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,793 living in private households. 53.8% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 41.0%. 44.9% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 1.3% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 45.7% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $98,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 31.3% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.26 km², giving a population density of 3,806 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
