Dartmoor (east) is a neighbourhood of Coquitlam, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 3,645 living in private households. 48.8% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 25.3%. 48.6% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 2.6% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 41.6% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $123,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 18.0% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 4.76 km², giving a population density of 766 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
