Dunbar-Southlands (west-southwest) is a neighbourhood of Vancouver, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 1,646 living in private households. 17.3% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 7.6%. 30.9% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 51.5% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 20.1% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $108,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 21.6% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.84 km², giving a population density of 895 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
