South Granville (east-southeast) is a neighbourhood of Vancouver, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,131 living in private households. 31.8% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 10.0%. 65.0% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 3.0% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 27.9% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $64,500 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 82.5% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.27 km², giving a population density of 15,272 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
