Strawberry Hill (south-southwest 2) is a neighbourhood of Surrey, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 3,853 living in private households. 79.5% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 66.0%. 18.8% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 1.6% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 48.6% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $85,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 29.3% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.67 km², giving a population density of 5,765 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
