Strawberry Hill (southeast) is a neighbourhood of Surrey, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 3,686 living in private households. 98.5% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 90.0%. 1.5% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.0% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 49.2% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $93,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 50.3% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.67 km², giving a population density of 5,483 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
