Sullivan (north-northwest 2) is a neighbourhood of Surrey, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,069 living in private households. 87.5% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 71.3%. 11.8% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.8% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 49.6% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $126,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 29.7% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.66 km², giving a population density of 6,151 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
