Cove Cliff is a neighbourhood of North Vancouver, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,043 living in private households. 17.2% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 7.2%. 80.2% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 2.6% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 24.6% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $143,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 23.5% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.51 km², giving a population density of 2,681 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
