Fern Ridge (northwest) is a neighbourhood of Langley, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 3,746 living in private households. 13.5% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 7.6%. 77.7% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 8.7% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 16.6% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $79,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 20.0% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 9.78 km², giving a population density of 383 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
