Brookswood (north-northwest) is a neighbourhood of Langley, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 5,317 living in private households. 28.8% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was Filipino at 6.6%. 65.9% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 5.3% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 29.7% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $72,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 42.5% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.59 km², giving a population density of 9,059 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
