Brookswood (southwest) is a neighbourhood of Langley, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 2,406 living in private households. 9.2% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 3.0%. 84.2% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 6.8% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 9.6% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $114,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 7.8% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.49 km², giving a population density of 1,614 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
