Little Saigon (southeast) is a neighbourhood of Vancouver, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 5,058 living in private households. 48.1% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 18.8%. 49.2% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 2.8% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 34.3% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $90,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 55.4% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.66 km², giving a population density of 7,638 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
