Pebble Hill (north-northwest) is a neighbourhood of Delta, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 5,855 living in private households. 20.5% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 8.4%. 76.0% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 3.4% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 24.6% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $108,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 22.8% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 2.65 km², giving a population density of 2,206 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
