Pebble Hill (south-southeast) is a neighbourhood of Delta, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,574 living in private households. 20.3% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 8.2%. 76.3% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 3.5% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 24.2% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $133,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 15.2% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 2.17 km², giving a population density of 2,107 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
