West Point Grey (east-southeast) is a neighbourhood of Vancouver, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,311 living in private households. 47.3% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 35.1%. 52.2% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.5% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 43.0% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $113,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 31.9% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.00 km², giving a population density of 4,325 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
