Bridgeview is a neighbourhood of Surrey, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,856 living in private households. 64.3% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 24.0%. 30.3% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 5.3% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 44.3% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $85,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 35.8% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 13.28 km², giving a population density of 366 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
