Brighouse Village (west) is a neighbourhood of Richmond, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 3,604 living in private households. 87.2% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 62.7%. 12.3% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.4% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 74.4% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $42,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 47.7% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.68 km², giving a population density of 5,328 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
