Lansdowne Village is a neighbourhood of Richmond, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 5,414 living in private households. 91.9% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 71.5%. 7.6% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.5% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 65.4% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $55,200 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 44.4% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.90 km², giving a population density of 6,012 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
