Broadmoor (northeast) is a neighbourhood of Richmond, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 2,697 living in private households. 83.0% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 66.4%. 17.0% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.0% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 64.4% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $81,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 22.3% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.69 km², giving a population density of 3,909 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
