Broadmoor (west-northwest) is a neighbourhood of Richmond, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,828 living in private households. 82.5% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 63.1%. 16.7% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.7% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 62.8% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $82,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 28.1% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.34 km², giving a population density of 3,603 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
