Brookswood (north-northeast) is a neighbourhood of Langley, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 5,125 living in private households. 22.2% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 6.1%. 71.8% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 5.9% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 22.4% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $46,400 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 64.3% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.85 km², giving a population density of 6,063 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
