Milner (west-southwest) is a neighbourhood of Langley, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,265 living in private households. 33.8% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was Korean at 6.7%. 62.1% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 3.9% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 29.2% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $104,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 18.4% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.67 km², giving a population density of 2,555 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
