Milner (south-southwest) is a neighbourhood of Langley, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 3,023 living in private households. 30.5% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 6.3%. 64.1% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 5.4% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 29.2% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $70,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 31.2% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.58 km², giving a population density of 1,910 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
