Crescent Heights is a neighbourhood of Surrey, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 5,335 living in private households. 26.1% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 14.8%. 71.6% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 2.3% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 26.6% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $115,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 28.6% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 6.63 km², giving a population density of 805 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
