Ocean Park (west-northwest) is a neighbourhood of Surrey, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 3,471 living in private households. 23.4% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 14.0%. 73.7% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 2.7% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 30.4% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $129,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 12.1% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.86 km², giving a population density of 1,868 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
