Ocean Park (east-northeast) is a neighbourhood of Surrey, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 6,234 living in private households. 37.7% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 29.8%. 61.5% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.8% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 37.9% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $100,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 10.8% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 3.90 km², giving a population density of 1,597 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
