Cypress Park is a neighbourhood of West Vancouver, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 6,250 living in private households. 36.9% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 18.7%. 62.5% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.7% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 40.8% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $152,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 12.7% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 36.98 km², giving a population density of 169 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
