Sentinel Hill is a neighbourhood of West Vancouver, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 7,420 living in private households. 45.2% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 21.6%. 54.0% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 1.0% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 41.3% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $109,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 28.0% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 3.37 km², giving a population density of 2,202 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
