Park Royal (northwest) is a neighbourhood of West Vancouver, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 5,174 living in private households. 43.3% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was West Asian at 20.4%. 55.5% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 1.2% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 49.4% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $66,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 47.8% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.51 km², giving a population density of 3,420 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
