Davie Village (south) is a neighbourhood of Vancouver, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 5,799 living in private households. 30.6% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was Latin American at 5.5%. 66.2% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 3.2% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 34.8% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $63,200 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 79.7% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.23 km², giving a population density of 25,006 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
