Davie Village (west) is a neighbourhood of Vancouver, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 3,184 living in private households. 30.1% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 6.2%. 67.0% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 2.7% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 35.7% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $68,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 82.3% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.15 km², giving a population density of 21,427 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
