Fleetwood (east 2) is a neighbourhood of Surrey, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 3,810 living in private households. 74.5% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 22.0%. 23.7% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 1.9% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 54.8% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $89,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 10.9% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.65 km², giving a population density of 5,900 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
