Guildford (west) is a neighbourhood of Surrey, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 7,346 living in private households. 67.1% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was Filipino at 22.1%. 29.3% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 3.7% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 55.3% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $67,500 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 65.9% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.68 km², giving a population density of 10,814 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
