Harbour Village (east-southeast) is a neighbourhood of Coquitlam, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,329 living in private households. 61.9% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 20.6%. 37.0% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 1.2% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 61.0% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $67,500 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 22.5% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.80 km², giving a population density of 5,415 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
