Marine Landing (east) is a neighbourhood of Vancouver, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 5,548 living in private households. 91.9% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 39.3%. 8.0% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.2% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 57.4% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $90,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 47.3% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 1.18 km², giving a population density of 4,692 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
