Milner (east-southeast) is a neighbourhood of Langley, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,495 living in private households. 21.4% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 12.3%. 76.6% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 2.0% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 22.8% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $93,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 20.0% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 19.75 km², giving a population density of 228 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
