Salmon River Uplands is a neighbourhood of Langley, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,113 living in private households. 19.1% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 5.0%. 77.4% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 3.5% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 15.4% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $121,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 19.8% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 23.28 km², giving a population density of 177 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
