UBC and Endowment Lands (north-northwest) is a neighbourhood of Electoral Area A, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,638 living in private households. 19.7% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 8.0%. 77.4% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 3.1% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 28.4% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $150,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 10.4% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 884.15 km², giving a population density of 5 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
