University Endowment Lands is a neighbourhood of Electoral Area A, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 2,810 living in private households. 62.9% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 37.5%. 35.9% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 1.3% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 47.5% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $64,500 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 54.6% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 3.11 km², giving a population density of 904 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
