Victoria-Fraserview (south-southeast 2) is a neighbourhood of Vancouver, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,527 living in private households. 68.1% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 28.0%. 30.9% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.9% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 46.9% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $95,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 28.6% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.78 km², giving a population density of 5,826 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
