Blundell (north-northeast) is a neighbourhood of Richmond, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 2,221 living in private households. 91.7% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 78.6%. 7.4% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 0.9% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 70.7% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $81,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 19.6% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.65 km², giving a population density of 3,429 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
