Lower Robson (south-southeast) is a neighbourhood of Vancouver, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 3,724 living in private households. 26.9% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was Latin American at 5.8%. 68.9% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 4.2% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 31.4% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $51,200 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 84.4% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.19 km², giving a population density of 19,989 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
