Denman Village is a neighbourhood of Vancouver, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 3,390 living in private households. 19.8% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was Latin American at 3.2%. 78.6% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 1.5% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 30.8% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $67,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 71.9% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 0.17 km², giving a population density of 20,179 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
