Lower Robson (north-northwest) is a neighbourhood of Vancouver, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 4,940 living in private households. 27.5% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was West Asian at 5.0%. 69.4% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 3.1% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 38.8% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $65,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 81.5% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 4.26 km², giving a population density of 1,159 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
