Port Mann is a neighbourhood of Surrey, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 7,590 living in private households. 61.9% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was South Asian at 25.1%. 35.9% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 2.3% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 43.6% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $100,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 34.6% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 3.05 km², giving a population density of 2,486 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
