Westridge (south-southeast) is a neighbourhood of Burnaby, in Metro Vancouver. At the 2021 Census of Canada it had a population of 7,721 living in private households. 56.5% of residents identified as members of a racialized (visible minority) group, against 54.5% across Metro Vancouver as a whole; the largest single group was Chinese at 31.5%. 41.3% were Caucasian (not a visible minority, excluding Indigenous identity), and 2.1% reported Indigenous identity. Immigrants made up 44.2% of the population, compared with 41.8% citywide. Median household income before tax was $90,000 in 2020, compared with $90,000 for Metro Vancouver. 42.0% of households rented rather than owned. The neighbourhood covers 2.54 km², giving a population density of 3,042 people per square kilometre (Metro Vancouver averages about 879).
